Caroline Lark’s course is not only useful but essential for anyone who is interested in creative writing and poetry.  The material and exercises provided were interesting, relevant and challenging. Caroline is very approachable and her teaching style is engaging. Her passion and knowledge in creative writing, poetry and teaching are inspiring. Also, her continuous support during the course and later on when I returned for her supervision services after I had completed my first novel helped me push my creative abilities to the limit. Most importantly, Caroline is both constructively critical and encouraging and wanted to see me sharpen and improve my writing skills while maintaining a realistic attitude to getting my work published. I highly recommend any course taught by Caroline as her teachings stay with you long after the course is over.

Ma’an started as a beginner writer who went on to gain a 1st Class Honours Masters in Creative Writing at Auckland University and write a full length novel.
